		<description>I certainly agree with Seligman&#039;s thought of team development. I would add the concept of servant leadership. In order for teams to function effectively, there needs to be a balance between each team members needs to &quot;self serving&quot; vs &quot;oter
serving&quot; or what is known as servant leadership. Whenever a team member is perceived by others to be self serving that person is no longer perceived to be a member of the team. Frequently, leaders are perceived to be self serving. This leads to distrust and an ineffective team or organization.</description>
